The Bever App has the option to exchange the settings from one device to another. This is convenient when you want to replace a device.

This article describes how to replace one device with another, provided that the device can be switched on.

Replacing a device

1. Navigate to the side menu

2. Select Device templates

3. From the menu, choose Replace device, a new window will open.

4. Make sure the device is switched on. Select "Start scanning" to scan the device's barcode or type in the serial number manually. Once the barcode is scanned the Bever App will start downloading the settings of the scanned device. 

5. Switch on the replacement device and scan the barcode. The app will upload the settings to the new device.
